- Prepare 1/3 cup of softened butter.

- You need 1 stick of butter.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of self-rising flour.
- You need 2 cup of water.

My Mom's Roast Beef instructions
- Preheat oven 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Wash the beef and Vegetables.
- Add beef to the roaster.
